Property settlements are often achieved through mediation. We offer
a pre mediation service to ensure that all important financial
information is shared prior to mediation. We can also draw up an agreement
that best protects your legal rights.
If negotiation is not successful we will support you through the court
processes to achieve a settlement.
We are happy to assist with making an application for Legal Aid in
an appropriate situation. Please let us know that you wish to apply for
Legal Aid when you make an appointment and we can tell you what information
you will need to bring to that appointment.
